							<content type="html">Najprije skuhajte rižu u litri mlijeka kojoj ste dodali malo soli. Dok se riža hladi pjenasto umutite margarin i šećer, dodajte žumanjke, koricu limuna i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Na kraju dodajte ohlađenu rižu. Smjesu stavite u namazanu i mrvicama posipanu vatrostalno posudu ili u manje posudice. Stavite u zagrijanu pećnicu 180 stupnjeva oko 45 min.</content>
