							<content type="html">Kvasac preliti s toplim 10 ml toplog mlijeka i na to dodati 2 kavene žlice šećera. Kad kvasac dvostruko poveča volumen, uliti sadržaj u smjesu brašna za dizana tijesta, soli, vanil šecera, šećera, jaja, ruma, ulja, rastopljene pileće masti te rastopljenog margarina. Sve umiješiti s toplim mlijekom (40°C) u srednje – tvrdu smjesu te ostaviti smjesu na toplom mjestu da utrostruči volumen. 							<content type="html">Za nadjev treba buču naribati i posloti pa ostaviti sat vremena da stoji. Nakon sat vremena (kad ste pripremili tijesto za domaće kore) buču ocijediti (protisnuti prstima da se ocijedi suvišna voda) i umiješati domaći sir (također oscijeđen), razmućena jaja, vrhnje i dosoliti po ukusu. Svaki domaći sir nije jednako slan, pa treba kušati prije dodavanja soli kako se ne bi presolilo. Jednoliko izmješati smjesu (može i prstima).</content>
