							<content type="html">Izmiješati brašno, šećer, margarin, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i razmućena jaja s mlijekom. Po potrebi dodati još malo mlijeka pa umijesiti tijesto i podijeliti ga na 2 dijela. Ostaviti da malo odstoji pa razvaljati na pola cm debljine. Za fil skuhati mlijeko, griz, 3 žlice šećera, i vanilin šećer. Kada se ohladi dodati razmućene žumanjke sa preostale 3 žlice šećera. </content>

							<content type="html">Sastojke za kore pomiješati i podijeliti na 2 djela. Jabuke oguliti, naribati i staviti da se ocijede. U nauljenu tepsiju staviti jednu koru, potom iscjeđene jabuke te drugu koru. Gornju koru malo izbosti s vilicom. Peći na 220 C dok ne dobije zlatnu boju i posuti sitnim šečerom. </content>

Tijesto dobro umijesiti, razdijeliti na tri dijela, pustiti da odstoji pola sata i zatim ga razvaljati. Jabuke naribati, dodati šećer, grožđice, nastruganu koricu limuna, nasjeckane orahe i rum.

							<content type="html">U dublju posudu stavite brašno, dodajte jaje i sol. Mijesite (rukom ili električnom miješalicom) dodavajući mlaku zakiseljenu vodu sve dok ne dobijete sasvim glatko tijesto. Stolnjak pospite brašnom, tijesto stavite u sredinu i razdijelite ga na tri kruščića.

							<content type="html">Pećnicu zagrijte na 185°C. Jabuke ogulite, naribajte i pirjajte s polovicom količine šećera. Umiješajte margarin, brašno i preostali šećer, dodajte žumanjke pa umijesite tijesto. U tijesto umiješajte i bademe.

Umutite jaja i pomiješajte ih sa isjeckanim špinatom, sve to dodajte u mrvice i pirjajte nekoliko minuta. Ovom masom nadjenite razvučeno tijesto, zamotajte savijaču i stavite u namašćenu posudu i pecite u pećnici.

							<content type="html">Špinat očistite, odstranite peteljke i dobro operite. Peršin sitno isjeckajte i posolite. U vruću vodu uspite špinat i kuhajte 10 minuta, a zatim ga dobro ocijedite. Dodajte sir, kajmak, kiselo vrhnje, jaja, kukuruzno brašno i 3 žlice ulja.</content>

							<content type="html">4 kore premazati svaku pojedinačno kremom. Preko toga staviti očišćene višnje. Gore opet četiri kore premazane kremom. Izrezati na kocke. Peći u pećnici oko 30 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Vruće preliti hladnim preljevom.</content>
