							<content type="html">Maslac narezan na kockice pomjećati sa šećerom, vanilin šećerom, dodati brašno i na kraju jaja i zamjesiti tijesto. Tjesto će biti dosta suho i razmrvljeno, pa dodavati po jednu želicu vrhnja (ili mlijeka ako nema vrhnja) dok se tijesto ne poveže. Ostaviti ga u hladnjak na pola sata kako bi se lakše razvaljalo na veličinu lima za pečenje.</content>

							<content type="html">Pjenasto izmješati jaja, šećer i vanilin šećer, pa naizmenično dodavati brašno s praškom za pecivo i kiselo vrhnje. Dodati kockice omekšalog maslaca (ili margarina, ili ulja), sve jednolično izmješati pa uliti u namašćen i pobrašnjen pleh. Ravnomjerno rasporediti voće po tijestu i lagano utisnuti da bude na sredini (niti na vrhu, niti na dnu tijesta). </content>

							<content type="html">Krumpir skuhati te uz dodavanje mlijeka i margarina napraviti pire. Kada se prohladi dodati jaje i s brašnom umijesiti tijesto. Brašno dodavati postepeno dok se tijesto ne počne odvajati od daske za miješanje. Tijesto razvaljati i rezati na kocke veličine 10cmx10cm. U sredinu staviti šljivu očišćenu od koštice i uvaljanu u šećer. </content>

							<content type="html">Breskve uroniti u vrelu vodu, ohladiti pod hladnom vodom, oguliti, ivaditi koštice i ostaviti da se ocijede. U polovice breskvi staviti jednu i pol žličicu marmelade pa poredati breskve sa presječenom površinom prema dolje u vatrostalnu posudu. Mikserom izmješati jaja, šećer u prahu, slatko vrhnje i rum. Dobivenom smjesom preliti brskve i zapeči ih 5 minuta na 200 stupnjeva. Poslužiti toplo ili hladno.</content>

							<content type="html">Jabuke oguliti, prerazati ih na način da se naprave poklopci od strane gdje je peteljka, a ostatak izdubiti. Prokuhati vodu, bijelo vino, limunov sok i šećer. Kuhati jabuke 5 minuta te ih ostaviti da se ohlade u sirupu u kojem su kuhane. Izvaditi jabuke iz soka, dobro ih ocijediti te ohladiti u hladnjaku. </content>

							<content type="html">Šljive se mogu sušiti na suncu ili u pećnici. Prije sušenja treba odabrati dobre, zrele, ne previše mekane šljive, oprati ih i skinuti im peteljku. Sušenje treba biti postupno, da ne dođe do prenaglog sušenja izvana.</content>
