							<content type="html">Sir odrežite na 1,5 cm debljine i kvadrat sira prerežite dijagonalno da dobijete 2 trokuta. Razmutite jaje u dubokom tanjuru, a u drugi stavite malo brašna, a u treći mrvice. Tako prerezani sir stavite prvo u brašno pa u jaja i onda u mrvice, pa opet u jaja i mrvice i pohajte na zagrijanom ulju dok ne dobijete lijepu boju sa jedne i druge strane. </content>
