							<content type="html">U tavu stavite ulje i pustite ga da se zagrije, uzmite jaje lagano lupnute u rub tave i istreste ga na ugrijano ulje, posolite, smanjite vatru i lagano kuhačom odmičite već napola stisnute bjelance da se ostatak može ispeći. Ako volite da je žumance isto pečeno onda malo nagnite tavu i sa žlicom poljevajte skupljeno ulje po žumanjcu.</content>

							<content type="html">Brašno, mrvice, žumanjak i kiselo vrhnje dobro izmiješamo s mesom, pa od te smjese oblikujemo knedle. Zatim knedle ispržimo na masnoći sa svih strana. Izvadimo knedle pa na preostaloj masnoći popržimo sitno narezani luk, dodamo šampinjone isjećene na listiće, nalijemo vodom i dodamo kocku koncentrata za juhu, pa prokuhamo.

							<content type="html">Očišćene šparoge kuhate u posoljenoj vodi 10 minuta. Na maslinovom ulju lagano prodinstajte isjeckani luk i pršut koji ste izrezali na komadiće. Kad je luk postao vodenast dodajte šparoge i na laganoj vatri dinstajte 2-3 minute. Dodajte izmućena jaja i malo popaprite.
