							<content type="html">Teleću ružu očistimo od žilica i masnoće. Izrežemo meso na 2 ili 3 komada po porciji. Meso tanko rastučemo i malo posolimo. Na svaki odrezak stavi se pola listića kadulje i tanka ploška pršuta. </content>
