							<content type="html">Umiješamo jaja, brašno, sjeckanu koprivu i sol u tvrdu smjesu, te pustimo u frižideru 1 h. Razvaljamo smjesu debljine oko 1mm, te ju oblikujemo u obliku školjke i nadjenemo sa smjesom koju smo popirjali u tavi, a to su vongole, prnjavice, kanistrele, očišćena rakovica i škampi.

Dodajte rigu školjkama, podlijte s pola čaše vina, pustite da vino ispari, posolite i poparite, pa miješajte na laganoj vatri 5 – 6 minuta.

							<content type="html">Hobotnicu treba dobro očistiti od utrobe, oprati, odstraniti kljun. Da bi meso hobotnice bilo mekano postoji, više načina pripreme. Najčešće se hobotnica nalupa batom. Umjesto toga može se kratko (15-ak minuta) prokuhati u malo vode u koju se stavi pluteni čep kako bi hobotnica ispustila višak tekućine i sluzi. Najbolje je ipak zamrznuti hobotnicu, kako ne bi bila žilava nakon pečenja.</content>
