Kruh ili pecivo oslobodimo kore, natopimo ribljom juhom, istisnemo suvišnu tečnost, dodamo usitnjeno meso (riba) lista začinimo i povežemo bjelanjkom, dodamo 2/3 protisnutih maslina.
