							<content type="html">Meso oprati i kuhati dok malo ne omekša, dodati povrće (luk prepoloviti, celer i mrvu narezati na veće komade), pa nastaviti kuhati dok meso ne bude mekano. Posoliti tek prije kraja kuhanja. Kada se meso skuhati maknuti juhu s vatre, procijediti u drugi lonac i izvaditi povrće koje želite te meso.
