							<title>Bistra juha od riba</title>

							<content type="html">Sve sastojke očistimo, operemo i stavimo u vodu da kuhaju 30 minuta na laganoj vatri. Kada je temeljac gotov, na 2 žlice maslinovog ulja popržimo sitno sjeckani češnjak i rižu te to se pirjamo 5 minuta uz miješanje. Na kraju zalijemo ribljim temeljcem (koji smo procijedili). Juhu dokuhamo dok riža ne omekša. </content>

							<content type="html">Sitno nasjeckati luk i kuhanu šunku. Sa tosta skinuti koricu i preliti ga kiselim vrhnjem. Na maslacu popržiti luk, nakon što postane &amp;#039;staklast&amp;#039; dodati šunku, tost, jaje, brašno i peršin. Dobro izmješati, dodati sol, papar i naribati muškatni oraščić. Od napravljene smjese žlicom formirati knedle i kuhati u slanoj vodi dok ne isplivaju na površinu.</content>

							<title>Goveđa juha</title>

							<content type="html">Meso oprati i kuhati dok malo ne omekša, dodati povrće (luk prepoloviti, celer i mrvu narezati na veće komade), pa nastaviti kuhati dok meso ne bude mekano. Posoliti tek prije kraja kuhanja. Kada se meso skuhati maknuti juhu s vatre, procijediti u drugi lonac i izvaditi povrće koje želite te meso. U procijeđenu juhu zakuhati tijesteninu ili knedle po želji.</content>

							<content type="html">Govedinu staviti u lonac, doliti vodu i kuhati. Kada provri skinuti pjenu, posoliti i popapriti. Dodati lovorov list, klinčiće, luk prerezan po pola, peršin i kuhati 2 i pol do 3 sata na laganoj vatri. Dodati povrće (mrkvu na kolutove, celere na kriške) i kuhati dok povrće ne omekša. Procijediti u dugi lonac, izdvojiti lovor i luk, a ostalo povrće i meso vratiti u juhu.</content>

							<content type="html">Na pola maslinovog i običnog ulja dodamo na kockice narezan celerov i peršinov korijen, mrkvicu narezanu na kolutiće, posolimo i kratko pirjamo. Dodamo na komadiće narezana pileća prsa, promiješamo i na laganoj vatri kratko pirjamo podlijevajući vodom.

							<content type="html">Na maslinovom ulju propirjajte povrće pa ulijte vodu. Kada zakuha smanjite vatru i kuhajte 5-6 minuta. Razmutite miso u toploj vodi i dodajte u juhu. Isključite vatru i ostavite da odstoji poklopljeno još dvije -tri minute. Na kraju dodajte peršin.

							<content type="html">Slanutak operemo i stavimo močiti u hladnu vodu preko noći. Zatim ga procijedimo u situ, isperemo i stavimo kuhati u litru i pol vode. Glavicu luka očistimo i narežemo na polovine. Češnjak očistimo i zajedno sa lukom i lovorovim listom dodamo slanutku.

							<content type="html">Povrće očistimo, operemo i usitnimo, pa stavimo u lonac zajedno s govedinom i svinjetinom koju smo isjekli na kockice. Dodamo suhe gljive i nalijemo s vodom. Dodamo soli, papra, mljevene crvene paprike, i kuhamo dok meso ne omekša.
