							<title>Juha od zobenih pahuljica</title>

							<content type="html">Luk očistiti i sitno nasjeckati. U posudi lagano zagrijati ulje (pazeći da posuda ne bude prevruća, kako ulje ne pregorilo). Lanano zažutiti luk (da se zastakli), dodati pahuljice, malo promiješati pa zaliti vodom. Kad zakuha pustiti da kuha još tri do pet minuta, začiniti i na kraju obilno posuti sitno sjeckanim peršinom.</content>

							<content type="html">Ako vrganja nemate, ove juhe možete pripremiti i od drugih gljiva, kao što su bjelkaste lisičarke . Lovačku juhu nemojte pripremati od preslice , jer je njen okus previše blag. Očistite gljive. Usitnite vlasac i popirjajte ga na 4-5 žlica ulja. Dodajte gljive narezane na kockice.

							<content type="html">Luk sitno nasjeckati i popržiti na maslacu, dodati oprane i nasjeckane rajčice i pirjati dok se tanka kora ne odvoji. Propasirati rajčice i doliti vodu (ili juhu). Napraviti zapršku od ulja i brašna, dodati ju u rajčice, posoliti, dodati lovorov list i kuhati 10ak minuta. U juhu ukuhati tjesteninu po želji ili rižu.</content>

							<content type="html">Šampinjone očistiti i narezati na listiće. Napraviti zapršku od maslaca i brašna, postepeno dodavati mlijeko i kuhati na laganoj vatri miješajući dok se ne zgusne. Doliti juhu, šampinjone, sol, papar i kuhati na laganoj vatri 10ak minuta. Razmutiti žumanjke s kiselim vrhnjem i postepeno dolijevati vrelu juhu u tu smjesu istovremeno miješajući.</content>

							<content type="html">Celer popržiti na maslacu i doliti vodu. Dodati krumpir, posloliti i kuhati na laganoj vatri 1 sat. Propasirati povrće i razrijediti s mlijekom. Staviti na vatru da provri, maknuti s vatre, umiješati razmučene žumanjke s vrhnjem i vratiti samo kratko na vatru.  Prije služenja u juhu dodati pržene kockice kruha.</content>
