							<content type="html">Meso kratko zapeći na masti da pobijeli. U lonac redom slagati narezani špek, kockice mesa, posoliti i posuti crvenom paprikom zatim sitno rezani luk pa istim redosljedom slagati meso, crvenu paprku, sol i luk. Preliti čašom crvenog vina.</content>

							<content type="html">Na malo ulja popržiti luk narezan na sitne kockice dok se ne zastakli. U mljeveno meso po izboru (može se i pomješati 25 dkg junetine i 25 dkg svinjetine) dodati luk, rižu, posoliti, popapriti, nakosani peršin i sve dobro izmješati. Papriku oprati i očistiti od sjemenki. Smjesom puniti paprike, ali voditi računa da u kuhanju riža nabubri, pa smjesu ne treba jako nabijati.</content>

							<content type="html">Grah namočiti preko noći, odnosno dan ranije. Staviti grah u hladnu vodu i kad voda zavrije, procijediti, baciti vodu te naliti novu i kuhati ga sat vremena. Ječam također namočiti dan ranije. U odvojeni lonac staviti ječam u hladnu posoljenu vodu i kuhati 45 minuta. Odvojeno skuhati meso s lovorovim listom i par zrnaca cijelog papra.</content>

							<content type="html">Na malo ulja popržiti sitno narezani luk dok se ne zastakli. Dodati na veće kockice narezanu vratinu, vrlo malo posloli, kratko popržiti dok sva vratina ne pobijeli (10 do 15 minuta), naliti vodu da pokrije meso (otprilike 1/2 do 3/4 litre vode) i dodati papar pa kuhati na laganoj vatri 30 do 45 minuta vode (ovisno o mesu).</content>

							<title>Varivo od korabice</title>

							<content type="html">Korabicu očistiti od listova i zelene kore, narezati na manje prutiće ili krupno naribati. Listove korabice kratko prokuhati (3-5 minuta) u kipućoj vodi, ocijediti i narezati na rezance. Krumpir narezati na manje kockice i prokuhati u slanoj vodi. Treba ga maknuti s vatre kada je do pola kuhan i ostaviti u vodi. Zobene pahuljice preliti vrućom vodom i ostaviti da nabubre.</content>

							<title>Domaća juha od heljde</title>

							<content type="html">Očistiti luk i sitno ga narezati na kockice pa prepržiti do zlatno žute boje na ulju. Potom dodati mrkvu pa ostalo povrće po tvrdoći (paprika, komorač, šampinjoni, tikvica) koje također lagano prepržiti. Dodati heljdu i češnjak, zaliti vodom ili temeljcem i ostaviti lagano kuhati najmanje pola sata dok heljda ne omeša. </content>

							<content type="html">Piletinu narezati na manje komade, na kockice. Sitno nasjeckani luk lagano prepržiti na masnoći pa kad dobije zlatno žutu boju, u posudu dodati narezano meso. Malo ga prepržiti dok ravnomjerno ne pobijeli i potom dodavati povrće po tvrdoći: prvo mrkva, pa onda peršin, pa celer i na kraju tikvice i grašak.</content>

							<title>Brodet sa začinskim travama</title>

							<content type="html">Očišćena i oprana riba se lagano isprži na ulju u loncu u kojem će se pripremati brodet. Riba se izvadi, na istom ulju se isprži grubo narezani luk, češnjak i peršin; dodaju se oguljene rajčice kojima je odstranjena koža i koštice. Kad su se rajčice propirjale doda se vino i smjesa se kuha 15-20 minuta. Doda se riba, potrebna količina hladne vode, soli i octa. </content>
