							<content type="html">Heljdu kuhati na umjerenoj vatri 20 do 30 minuta otprilike u tri puta većoj količini vode, dodati prstohvat soli. Heljda je kuhana kada omekne, a povremeno za vrijeme kuhanja, promješati. Kad je kuhana, ukoliko ostane još vode, kašu ocijediti. U ohlađenu heljdinu kašu dodati sir, jaja i maslac pa sve zajedno dobro izmiješati. </content>

							<content type="html">Glatko brašno umijesiti s malo mlake vode, staviti jaje i malo soli. Tijesto namazati uljem i pustiti da stoji barem pola sata. Nakon toga tijesto razvući i namazati uljem. Kada se ulje upije, staviti nadjev. Za nadjev zelje narezati na tanke reznace, malo prokuhati, zatim ga ocijediti i pirjati na laganoj vatri. Kad se zelje ohladi dodati sir, dva jaja, mljevene orahe, šećer i malo soli.</content>

							<content type="html">Na ulju prodinstati usitnjeni luk, dodati mljeveno meso i prodinstati. Nakon 15 minuta kuhanja, dodajte rižu i usitnjeni češnjak, papar i jaje. 							<content type="html">Mlince pažljivo opariti u kipućoj vodi da se ne potrgaju te ih ohladiti i posušiti. Na masti ili ulju prepržiti usitnjeni hamburger, dodati ga protisnutom siru, posoliti, popapriti i sve pomiješati s kiselim vrhnjem tako da smjesa postane glatka.
