							<content type="html">Bakalar se jedan dan moči u vodi. Drugog dana se kuha u slanoj vodi 45 minuta, nakon toga ohladi, odvoji od kosti i oguli od kože. Usitnjava se u mikseru s dodatkom od pet žlica mlijeka i maslinova ulja (maslinovo i sojino zajedno) po potrebi.
