							<content type="html">Svo povrće skuhati u slanoj vodi te kad je kuhano prebaciti u drugu posudu pune hladne vode da se ohladi i ne izgubi boju. Kad se ohladilo dobro ga ocijediti i usitniti, dodati sol, papar sitno kosani peršin, razmućeno jaje i po potrebi krušnih mrvica da dobijete lijepu masu. Oblikujte popečke i pecite u zagrijanom ulju sa obje strane dok ne porumene. Kao prilog poslužite šalšu.</content>

							<content type="html">U slanoj vodi skuhati tjesteninu i ohladiti je. Skuhati kukuruz (ako je svjež, konzervirani je dovoljno samo malo oprati pod mlazom vode) i tikvice rezane na četvrt ploške. Papriku i sir narežemo na kockice i pomiješamo s tjesteninom, tikvicama, kukuruzom i grahom. Šampinjone narežemo na ploške i izdinstamo ih na tavi uz dodatak malo ulja i ohladimo te dodamo mješavini povrća. Sve skupa dobro pomiješamo te začinimo maslinovim uljem, soli i paprom.</content>

							<content type="html">Operite i obrišite tikvice te ih naribajte na ribež kao jabuke, posolite i ocijedite među dlanovima da iziđe višak vode. Od brašna jaja mlijeka, soli, papra i vegete napravite gušću smjesu kao za palačinke te u nju dodajte ribane i ocijeđene tikvice. 							<content type="html">Vrganje i šampinjone prokuhati u vodi s lovorovim listom, paprom u zrnu, klinčićem i alcetom balzamicom. Procijediti, ohladiti i narezati na tanke ploške. Ljutiku, radić, pinjole i poriluk očistiti, oprati, pomiješati i dodati maslinovo ulje i limun. Začiniti s paprom i soli. 							<content type="html">Zagrijete pećnicu na 180C, prerežite patliđane popola, izdubite te posolite i ostavite stajati 15-20 min. Rajčicu i mozzarelu narežite na kockice te pomiješate sa izdubljenim patliđanom, bosiljkom, kosanim peršinom, maslinovim uljem i sitno kosanim češnjakom i začinima. Tom smjesom punite polovice patliđana te stavite peći u namašćeni pleh 25 minuta.</content>

U međuvremenu u jednu posudu razbite jaje i pomiješate ga sa mlijekom, u drugu stavite brašno a u treću mrvice.
