							<content type="html">Patliđane oguliti, narezati na ploške otprilike pola cm pa dobro posoliti i ostaviti par sati. U veći lonac staviti vodu i ocat da uvrije pa u vrelu kiselinu stavljati u ocijeđene patliđane da kratko prokuhaju (1 do 2 min) i pustiti ih da se ohlade. Za to vrijeme pripremiti sterilizirane staklenke i sitno nasjeckati peršin i češnjak. </content>
