							<content type="html">Očistite grašak, sačuvajte ljuske, očistite ostalo povrće, posebno skuhajte u slanoj vodi grašak, mrkvu i cvjetaču, te dobro ocijedite. Izrežite mrkvu na kolutove, cvjetaču na cvjetove. Zatim popržite svaku vrst povrća posebno na 20 g maslaca i propasirajte ih.

							<content type="html">Roladu nasolimo te uvaljamo u med. U drugoj posudi izmiješamo smjesu od finih trava pa uvaljamo meso u nju. Roladu pečemo u pećnici 20 minuta na 250°C. Poslužujemo s proljetnim knedlama i umakom od limunova soka. </content>

							<content type="html">Pinjole popržiti u tavici i dodati isjeckanu rikulu. Pustiti da se sve popari i tom smjesom puniti roladu. Sve dobro zavezati i peći u posudi 25 minuta.Prilog: Povrće sitno narezati na kockice te prijati oko 2 min. Zatim dodati maslinovo ulje, začine i ružmarin. </content>

							<content type="html">Oguliti patliđane, narezati ih na otprilike pola do centimetar debele ploške, posoliti i staviti u zdjelu kojih sat vremena. Ovo je bitno, kako bi patliđani pustili vodu, koju potom treba ocijediti i panirati. Patiđane ne treba naknadno soliti. Umutiti jaja s brašnom i dodati vode (gustoće kao za palačinke). 							<title>Šunka u kruhu</title>

							<content type="html">Šunku malo isprati  pod toplom vodom i dobro osušiti papirnatim ubrusima. Važno je da šunka bude potpuno suha, kako bi tijesto fino obložilo cijelu šunku. Kocku svježeg kvasca razmutiti u malo mlake vode i sa žličicom šećera. Ne treba ga pustiti dizati. U brašno dodati sol, ulje, kvasac i mlaku vodu pa umijesiti glatko tijesto kao za kruh. </content>

							<content type="html">Blitvu očistiti, odrezati bijelu stabljiku tako da ostane samo zeleni dio lista, oprati i dobro osušiti pa narezati na trakice, odložiti u duboku zdjelu i dodati usitnjeni mladi luk i peršin. Sve zajedno posoliti i preliti maslinovim uljem. Promiješati i odložiti na stranu. Potom zamijesiti tijesto: brašno, malo soli, dvije žlice maslinovog ulja i vode po potrebi. </content>
