							<content type="html">U posudu uliti maslac ili ulje tako da pokrije dno i lagano zagrijati. Dodati 2 žlice brašna i malo zapržiti, neprestano mješati. Treba paziti da brašno ne posmeđi, nego tek lagano požuti, pa dodati kopar i vodu. Kuhati desetak minuta i po potrebi dodati još vode ukoliko želite rjeđi umak.

							<content type="html">Na maslacu (2 žlice) propirjati luk i češnjak, dodati šampinjone, posoliti i pirjati nekoliko minuta. Umiješati brašno, doliti vino i kuhati još nekoliko minuta. Dodati juhu, koncentrat rajčice i kuhati dok se umak ne počne zgušnjavati. Na kraju dodati maslac, peršin i senf.</content>
