							<title>Zapečene artičoke</title>

							<content type="html">Slanina se prži dok se ne počne savijati. Zatim se ocijedi, posebno sačuva mast, a posebno kockice slanine. Gljive se 5 minuta prže na maslacu. Nakon toga se slanina, gljive, sol i biber dobro promiješaju s bešamel-umakom i tom masom preliju cvjetišta artičoka.

							<title>Artičoke s graškom</title>

							<content type="html">Artičoke očistimo tako da jednom rukom čvrsto držimo glavu artičoke, a drugom rukom pri samom dnu odlomimo njezinu stabljiku. Zatim odvojimo vanjske listove, te nožem poravnamo donji dio gdje smo odlomili stabljiku. Odrežemo 1/3 vrha artičoke, pa sve prerezane dijelove umočimo u zdjelu hladne vode pomiješane sa sokom polovice limuna da ne potamne.</content>

							<content type="html">Pripremite tjesteninu al dente. Zagrijte ulje u širokoj tavi na srednje-visokoj temperaturi 1 minutu. Dodajte češnjak, mrkvu i luk. Često miješajte 5 minuta ili dok povrće ne omekša. Dodati grašak i artičoke. Kuhati često miješajući 2 minute. Dodati juhu.</content>
