							<content type="html">Na maslinovom ulju istopiti nasjeckanu gorgonzolu pa dodati zgnječen češnjak, nakon toga dodati vrhnje za kuhanje, te kad se dobije jednolična smjesa, dodati ocijeđeni losos i kratko prokuhati.

							<content type="html">Očisti se oslić, izvade mu se kosti te se rasiječe na komadiće. Na zagrijanom maslinovom ulju propirja se rajčica (ako se radi s pireom od rajcica, samo nekoliko minuta), dodaju se komadići oslića. Kuha se dvadesetak minuta.
