							<content type="html">Kvasac razmutiti s malo mlakog mlijeka, dodati žličicu brašna i šećera, lagano izmješati da se sve poveže pa pokriti krpom i ostaviti desetak minuta da se diže na toplom mjestu. U veliku posudu za miješanje staviti brašno, napraviti udubljenje pa dodati 5 cijelih jaja, rastopljeni maslac i mlačno mlijeko, prstohvat-dva soli, šećer i vanilin šećer, slatko vrhnje, naribanu koricu limuna i grožđice. </content>

							<content type="html">Kvasac razmutiti s malo toplog mlijeka, žlicom šećera i brašna, pokriti i ostaviti na toplom 15-ak minuta da se digne. U većoj posudi pjenasto izmeštati maslac sa šećerom, dodati jedno po jedno jaje i žumanjke, potom prstohvat soli, ruma, naribanu koricu naranče i limuna, grožđice, dobro izmešati pa dodati brašno (ostavite brašna koliko će vam trebati za posipanje kod miješenje) i dignuti kvasac. </content>

							<content type="html">Zamijesimo tijesto. Podijelijemo ga u 2 lopte i pustite ga da se digne (udvostruči po volumenu). Jednu polovicu razvaljamo na veličinu lima. U nauljeni lim stavimo tijesto i oblikujemo tako da visi iz lima. Na listiće narežemo luk, komadiće fileta i ploške rajčica, pa rasporedimo po tijestu.

							<content type="html">Pjenasto se miješa 140 g šećera u prahu sa 4 žumanca i doda 140 g raznog suhog voća (smokava, datulja, grožđica, oraha, sira od dunja), a na koncu se doda žlica brašna, snijeg od 4 bjelanca i 180 g brašna. 							<content type="html">U prikladnoj posudi rastopite kvasac u malo mlake vode i dodajte brašno, ulje, dvije žlice šećera i malo soli. Izmiješajte i formirajte kuglu, ostavite da se diže na toplom mjestu 2 sata. Ukvasano tijesto podijelite na dvije ravnomjerne polovice koje ćete valjkom razvaljati u pravokutni oblik, odnosno u oblik koji odgovara vašoj padeli.</content>

							<content type="html">Brašno prosijte, a germu razmutite sa malo vode, šećerom i 2 male žlice brašna. Ostavite da proradi. Umjesite tjesto sa octom. Tjesto je jako ljepljivo, nije kao kod bijelih tjesta glatko. Mješajte barem 20 min. Gotovu smjesu formirajte mokrim rukama u kuglu.

							<content type="html">200 g kukuruznog brašna pofurimo sa vrućom vodom i umješamo od toga mekanu smjesu. Ostavimo da se skroz ohladi. U jednu posudu stavite razmrvljenu germu i šećer te zalijte sa 100 ml mlakog mljeka. Dodajte žlicu glatkog brašna, te zamutite.
