							<content type="html">Na maslinovom ulju propržiti češnjak i peršin. Nakon par minuta (3-5) dodati škampe, malvaziju(ne previše), vrhnje za kuhanje, gorgonzolu. Pustiti neko vrijeme u tavi, kada je umak skoro gotov dodati skuhanu tjesteninu, sve dobro promiješati i nakon samo 30 minuta imate ukusan i zdrav ručak. </content>

							<content type="html">Otprilike tri litre vode zakuhati do vrenja, posoliti i malo pouljiti, kada voda proključa staviti tijesto da se kuha. Nakon kuhanja tijesto ne isprati nego odmah umiješati u luk i sir. Luk oguliti pa dio narezati na sitne kockice, a dio na kolute. Kolute uvaljati u brašno i prepržiti na ulju kao čips. Luk narezan na sitne kockice prepržiti na masnoći, dodati svježi sir i na kraju umiješati kuhane rezance.</content>

							<content type="html">Skuhajte, ocijedite i narežite špinat. Izrežite pršut na kockice. Pirjajte zgnječeni češnjak i feferon na 5 – 6 žlica ulja. Izvadite češnjak, čim dobije boju, zajedno s feferonom i stavite špinat, pršut i pola kutlače vrhnja.
