							<content type="html">U malom lončiću umješate mlijeko, vodu i maslac (na oko 50 C). U velikoj zdjeli izmješajte većinu brašna, kvasac, šećer i sol. Umješajte zagrijano mlijeko. Dobro izmješajte, dodajte preostalo brašno. Umjesite glatko tijesto, mjesite oko 8 minuta.

							<content type="html">Umoćimo kvasac u malo mlijeka. Dodamo žličicu šećera i  brašna i ostavimo ga da se diže. Kad je kavasac dovoljno odradio  istresemo ga u brašno, dodamo maslaca, soli, praška za pecivo i mlijeka prema potrebi pa zamijesimo glatko tijesto. Tijesto ostavimo da se diže.

							<content type="html">Germu usitnite pa umutite sa 200 ml mljeka. U to ubacite 2 velike žlice brašna i pustite da germa poćne radit. U brašno umješajte sol i šećer, te dodajte germu, ulje i ostatak mlijeka. Umjesite glatko tijesto. Tjesto treba toliko dugo mješat da se više ne ljepi za posudu. </content>

							<content type="html">Zamijesite glatko tijesto,podijelite na 4 dijela i razvaljajte na ½ cm debljine. Narežite na trokutiće i oblikujte kiflice.Zagrijete pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kiflice slažite na namašćen lim i ostavite u kuhinji na toplom 10-15 min.

							<content type="html">Margarin izmrviti sa brašnom. Umiješati mak i sol. Dodati žutanjak i nadignuti kvasac. Tijesto dobro izmijesiti (mora biti srednje meko) i izvaljati ga otprilike 5 mm debelo i namazati bjelanjkom. </content>

							<content type="html">U jedan decilitar mlijeka dodajte šećer, promješajte pa izmrvite kvas. Pustite da se kvas digne. U zdjelu stavite prosijano brašno, sol i dignuti kvas pa umjesite glatko tijesto. Tijesto pokušajte mjesiti tako da ga ne gnječite, nego ga kružnim kretnjama dižite od dna zdjele kako bi u njemu ostalo što više mjehurića zraka.</content>
