							<content type="html">Tijesto za pizzu pripremite od brašna, kvasca, vode, mlijeka, ulja i soli. Tijesto dobro umiješajte. Ukoliko se lijepi za ruke dodajte još brašna. 							<content type="html">Od sastojaka za tijesto napravite tijesto na način da na dasku za tijesto istresete potrebno brašno, naprevite na sredini rupicu, uspite malo vode, usitnite kvasac, dodajte sol i maslinovo ulje te umijesite tijesto pomalo od sredine prema vani. Tijesto je dovoljno gusto kada se više ne lijepi za dlanove te ga ostavite da raste 10 minuta.</content>

							<content type="html">U mlaku vodu (ako koristite kocku kvasca) ili u mlako mlijeko (ako koristite vrećicu kvasca) umješajte žličicu šećera te dodajte kvasac. Pokrijte čašu da se kvasac digne. U veću zdijelu uspite brašno, napravite udubinu u centru te ulijte kvasac nakon što se podigao.
