							<content type="html">Žumanjak i jaje razmutimo, dodamo sol, maslac, svježi sir i griz. Špinat i koprivu operemo, prokuhamo i iskosamo, te dodamo prethodnoj smjesi. Sve zajedno dobro izradimo, napravimo kuglice i kuhamo u kipućoj slanoj vodi. </content>

							<title>Domaća tjestenina s tartufima</title>

							<content type="html">Od brašna i jaja zamijesimo tijesto kojeg razvaljamo i režemo na rezance oko 5 mm debljine. Rezance kuhamo u slanoj vodi. Kuhane rezance stavimo u toplu zdjelu i miješamo s maslacem, parmezanom i malo vode od kuhanja. Na kraju naribamo tartufe. Služimo toplo. Sastojci:0,40 kg brašna 4 jaja 0,05 kg maslaca 0,02 kg ribanog parmezana malo soli tartufi po želji</content>

							<content type="html">Pomiješajte u zdjeli krušne mrvice, 3 žlice ribanog parmezana, 2 žlice brašna, malo soli, papar i muškatni oraščić. Dodajte jaja i žumanjke te 50 g rastopljenog maslaca. (Tijesto mora biti dovoljno čvrsto povezano da se okruglice ne raspadnu kod kuhanja). Pustite da odstoji sat vremena.

							<title>Mirisni ravioli</title>

							<content type="html">Umijesite tijesto i pustite ga da odstoji. Stavite meso u lonac, prelijte juhom, posolite i kuhajte 30 minuta. Ugasite vatru i izvadite meso iz juhe te ga narežite na komadiće. U još toplu juhu stavite sir Pekorelo. Izmiksajte meso, sir, jaje, peršin, bosiljak, sol i papar. </content>

							<title>Njoki s artičokima</title>

							<content type="html">Na malinovom ulju prodisntamo sitno kosanu kapulu, dodamo blanširane i na četvrtine prerezane artičoke i pršut. Nakon minute kuhanja podlijemo brandyem i zapalimo. Kad konjak izgori dodamo juhe od artičoka i malo vrhnja za kuhanje. Pomješamo s njokama prethodno prokuhanim u slanoj kipučoj vodi te prema potrebi umak dočinimo i i poslužimo.</content>

Kad konjak izgori dodamo juhe od šparoga i malo vrhnja za kuhanje. Pomješamo s njokama koje smo prethodno skuhali u kipučoj slanoj vodi te umak prema potrebi dočinimo i poslužimo.</content>

							<title>Fuži s gamberima i špinatom</title>

							<content type="html">Od jaja i brašna umijesiti glatko tijesto te ga tanko razvaljati i rezati na 3 cm velike rombove koje potom zaviti oko držke kuhače i slijepiti dva suprotna kraja. Staviti kuhati u kipuću posoljenu vodu 5 minuta tj. dok ne isplivaju na površinu. Repove gambera očistiti pa ljuske staviti u posudu sa vodom uz dodatak malo češnjaka, crvenog luka, mrkve, korjena celera i peršina za temeljac. </content>

							<content type="html">Od brašna, jaja, ulja uz dolijevanje slane vode napravite čvrsto tijesto. Tijesto dobro izmijesite te ga ostavite da odstoji oko pola sata. Podijelite ga zatim u 2-3 dijela i od svakog dijela razvaljajte kore 1-2 mm debljine.

							<content type="html">Pinjole kratko popržite, ohladite i nasjeckajte. Umaku od rajčice dodajte nasjeckane pinjole, narezani bosiljak, maslinovo ulje, protisnuti češnjak, sol, papar i sve dobro promiješajte. Pripremljenu smjesu stavite u tavu, dodajte vodu i prokuhajte 3-4 minute.
